Production Manager
General description of the position
The applicant is responsible for producing wardrobes while respecting deadlines and quality standards, according to the client’s needs.
Applicant’s tasks
- Distributing the work properly and making sure each employee works during slower periods
- Ensuring the quality of the product before it is sent to the facility
- Maintaining the machinery
- Making sure all the required plans are ready 10 days prior to installation
- Making sure that the schedule is respected
- Updating inventory daily when receiving and selling products
- Ensuring that the installation and production departments have all necessary equipment on hand
- Placing special orders with suppliers and ensuring quality at reception
- Placing merchandise orders (melamine, hardware, accessories, etc.)

Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management
- 5 years’ experience in operations management
